Cypress Supplies began operating as a cypress timber yard at 9 Auster Court Caboolture in February 1995. Within 6 months due to a demand for manufactured cypress roof trusses, a small truss plant was set up and an experienced team hired.

By 1999 the business outgrew its premises and the timber yard and its new wall frame operations moved two doors away to the corner of Auster Court and Piper Street.

In 2008 John Jeffrey Manager of Caboolture and Ray Collins Manager of the Mill at Roma both having worked with the Company for over 12 years both invested in the business and are now the current Directors.  Cypress Supplies subsequently has purchased the Roma Mill.
